"Leon Marsh Drilling completed a 196 hole, 9791 metre RC drilling programme for Reed Resources Ltd. at their Mt. Marion lithium deposit in the period 5th November 2009 to 22nd January 2010.

The 5.25 in. diameter holes were drilled using the LMD track-mounted Schramm 685 with an on-board booster capable of delivering 2400 cfm at 1000 psi. The terrain at Mt. Marion is hilly and the track-mounted configuration was ideal for the job.

Recoveries were in excess of 98%. The drillers on the Project, Leon, Chris and Lance, were very competent and highly professional. The drill operation, sample handling and logistics were excellent and carried out in a safe and efficient manner. The drillers were very cooperative with Reed Resources management and their site geologist and kept them all fully informed of details during the programme.
